Postage will be charged by the weight of your order. On each product page we give you the item weight which you can cross reference to the chart below for postage charged at checkout. We try to ensure all prices are charged at actual cost to us plus a small amount for postal materials.

Timescales for delivery are dependent on the service you have chosen:
Royal Mail 1st Class standard/recorded 1-2 days
Royal Mail 2nd Class standard/recorded 3-5 days

Please Note: All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. Timescales will be calculated from when cleared payment is received.
It is the customers responsibility to select a delivery method with adequate insurance for the value of the order.
Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Standard = Up to £20 Compensation
Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded = Up to £50 Compensation
Royal Mail Special Delivery = Up to £500 Compensation
Any order that is damaged/lost and was not covered with adequate insurance will only be compensated with the amount Royal Mail issues in a claim, providing we can give the customer proof of postage to show we dispatched the order in the first place.

Orders for Special delivery guaranteed by 1pm the next working day needs to be placed by 12 noon for guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following day, Mon - Fri (not Inc. bank holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day, if on a Friday it will be posted on the Monday unless this is a bank holiday. Please Note: Orders heavier than 2kg will be posted by Royal Mail Parcel force Express 24.
Special Delivery guaranteed Saturday delivery is valid on all orders placed by 12 noon on a Friday (not including bank holidays), please ensure you select the guaranteed Saturday option at checkout.

From £7.50 per order (Delivery within 2 working days by DPD)
Hermes Courier (delivery within 3-5 working days from collection day) at variable prices based on order weight.

We post worldwide, prices are weight/size based. Prices for Europe cover all the countries coloured in light brown (see key below) and Rest of world prices covers world zones 1, USA, South America and Asia. World Zone 2 covers Australia and New Zealand.
Our services include International signed for which gives higher lost/damage cover and tracking. Compensation on standard airmail is up to £20 and it's the customers responsibility to purchase postage with adequate cover for the order value.
